Move Summit 2026, a summit for business leaders, takes place in Tbilisi on 5 December
On 5 December, the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers will host 350 delegates and two panel discussions under one roof.
TBILISI, Georgia. The Trainers' Association today announced Move Summit 2026, a meeting of sector leaders taking place on Saturday, 5 December 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00 at the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers. The summit will bring together company founders, CEOs, HR and L&D leaders, team leaders, business trainers and consultants to exchange practical experience and build new partnerships.
The central question of the summit is: what drives leaders on the path to success? The focus is not on theory but on approaches that have been put into practice and the results they delivered.

Leading professionals and executives from different sectors will take the stage. Each will share concrete experience: the situation they faced, the decision they made and the result they achieved.
Two panel discussions
The main part of the programme is two panel discussions, each led by a moderator:
Women leaders: the influence, experience and leadership that move organisations.

Preliminary programme. A continuous refreshment and coffee break will be available throughout the day, while the Networking Spots of 12 companies will be open from 11:00 to 12:00.
Networking Spot
The summit includes a dedicated space, the Networking Spot, where 12 companies from different fields will present their own space. Delegates will meet company representatives in person, learn about their work, exchange contact details and start partnerships.
